7:17 PT: Updating previous reports, the Sun-Sentinel reports the Washington Redskins have agreed to a four-year, $4 million offer sheet with restricted free agent DT Jermaine Haley (Dolphin). He has until midnight on Friday, April 18, to sign the offer sheet. If he does, the Dolphins then have seven days to match or they’ll receive the Redskins seventh-round draft choice as compensation.

Dolphins defensive tackle Jermaine Haley has agreed to a four-year, $4 million offer sheet with the Washington Redskins, agent Drew Rosenhaus said Thursday night.

As a restricted free agent, Haley has until midnight to sign a contract with another team before his rights revert exclusively to the Dolphins.
