Rick Gosselin of The Dallas Morning News, my favorite pro football writer, has the Buffalo Bills No. 16 in his 2008 NFL preseason ranking: "The Bills lost a league-high 89 games by starters due to injury but finished 7-9 with two losses coming on last-second field goals. Good health should make the Bills a contender in 2008." He ranked the Bills No. 21 at the end of last season

That puts us middle of the pack, which I can agree with. Any higher, I would have toa argue, though.
