I have all Bills games on vhs 95 and up

i dont have a dvd burner but if i buy a dazzle cant i turn the vhs into files so you guys can download them ??? please tell me how i could do this so i can share with you guys thanks.

ummm... I would be VERY careful about that. That is blatant copyright infringement. You are better off burning them to CD, and mailing them.
