If it were juvenile, his name might never come out. The names of underage suspects often aren't reported. And that's assuming the police know, which probably wouldn't be the case since he hasn't cooperated so far. And in any case, due process doesn't happen over a few days.

Davonte is shorter than my Grandma. Maybe he couldn't see over the wheel. He goes to my daughters school, Frontier.

I gotta admit, i thought about that too.

Unfortunately, I am betting he was either:

1) Drunk
2) high and had pot or more in the car
3) had a weapon in the car
4) was with a male prostitute
5) ALll of the above
