I thought I'd start my own thread instead of wade through all the others. Here's my official position. He did it. Not exactly sure what it is but I'm sure he did it. If you can figure out what it is then you will know what he did...then you can appropriately commence ripping him to shreds.

As long as he doesn't come out into the media and tell us what it was he didn't do...then we can assume he did it. If he finally tells us what it was he didn't do we'll also know what it was he did because it will be the other thing.

well I'm not going to rely on your source...but if he was the driver he should have already owned up to it. Every minute he hesitates is hurting him unless the truth never comes out..then he's just going to have to learn to live with it and I don't think that's good either.

Yes it is, but that has changed its now your guilty until proven guilty, and even if your innocent your still guilty..

Maybe the legal definition. But, guilty is when you've done it. This is public opinion, is it not?

But seriously, public opinion has a much lower burden of proof. "It ain't illegal if you don't get caught". Well, maybe. But, in my book, your true character shows when no one is watching. You can be free, and still be a douche. Or, you can make a mistake and still be free.

he definitely guilty, if he didnt do it he defintately would have come out and said it isnt him by now.

What fun would life be without speculation? Also, the actual truth is more important than a legal rendering. Whether Lynch is proven guilty or innocent in a court of law really is a moot point at this time, but it's critical whether he was actually driving and willingly left the scene of an accident or not.

IMO, given the delay in meeting with the police, the silence from the lawyer and Lynch's side, and the fact that his car is still impounded leads me to think that he probably was behind the wheel at the time. I could be right...I could be wrong, but only time and further information will tell.
