All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

Interesting stuff. He thinks Lynch is being singled out. He says Lynch has every right not to talk and not to incriminate himself or anybody else. Not talking is not obstruction of justice. Obstruction requires a physical act.
Not to make excuses for Lynch but the lawyer does point out that there are a ton of things that could change the circumstances of this event that we just don't know.

I know everything is so complex these days, and there are so many ramifications and legal shades of gray, but I'm still not convinced that if you're innocent, you need to hide behind a lawyer and say nothing.
If you're innocent, why not simply tell the truth?
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

Because sometimes they can twist your words and use them against you.
We're not dealing with "who chopped down my cherry tree" here. We're dealing with a high profile case with a celebrity. Everyone has an agenda, including the DA. The girl probably wants money. The DA office probably wants the spotlight. Everyone's in for something. Why would you say anything to potentially incriminate yourself?

The Guildford 4 tried that and got banged up for 20 years.
Admittedly the Buffalo PD is probably not as inept or corrupt as the West Midlands Serious Crime Squad, but you never know.
Speculation? There is apparently evidence that it was his car that struck the woman. Damange to left front end, car was impounded.. and a video camera on the corner.
Maybe speculation as to who was driving, which is probably why no arrest has been made yet. .But speculation as to whether his SUV was involved? LOL, hardly.
