Most important:

Trades not valid until clumpy sez so.

Use draft order at www.ourlads.com and traders can include any rounds of the 2003 draft. Compensation picks cannot be traded

I will allow players to be traded, but it must be salary cap compliant

I will not allow unrealistic deals

I wanted a trade with PA but SOMEBODY started the damn draft and forgot the Alaska is 4 hours behind everybody else. Grrrrr....

I could've picked up a 3rd rounder and still have gotten Newman. Wish we could've done it.
