The first round of the draft is set up to have more trade activity than a Pokémon convention.

There have been strong indications that many teams are willing to move down. In the top 10 alone, we know the Bengals (No. 1), Texans (No. 3), Bears (No. 4) and Vikings (No. 7) would entertain offers. And several teams have the ammunition to move up, as well as a history of being willing to move.

The Saints have two first-round picks (Nos. 17 and 18) and five picks in the top 86.

The Patriots have two first-round picks (14 and 19) and four picks in the top 75.

The Jets (13, 22) and Raiders (31, 32) each have two first-round picks.

The Texans have three third-round picks and five picks in the top 88.

The Eagles have two second-round picks.

“Having the extra pick gives you some flexibility, but our picks are down at the bottom so I don't know how far we can move,” Raiders senior assistant Bruce Allen says. “You don't have to move very far sometime.” Last year, the Raiders gave up a fifth-round pick to the Falcons to move up one spot in the first round and take cornerback Phillip Buchanon.
