HILL: Leaking the schemes that work for NFL draft

Thanks to an educational bonus provided by strip clubs, we’ve been convinced that talent is essential.
From that premise, let’s bounce over to the NFL Draft.
For the record, only nine propaganda days remain before ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr. comes sliding down your chimney.
If you’ve forgotten who Mel is, just think of him as an inclusive draft guru with hair that requires its own chin strap.
That’s right. Him.
Like Mel, NFL talent judges will spend several months evaluating talent and deals before the commissioner puts them “on the clock.”
Being on the clock gives the franchise another, oh, hour-and-a-half to mull the possibilities before making this key decision.
I’ve had marriages begin, end and threaten to resume in less time than is needed to complete the first round of an NFL Draft.
But draft decisions are even more important than romantic maneuvers and require a keen eye for projection.
