14:02 PT: The AP reports even though the RB Jamel White has re-signed with the Cleveland Browns, he may still be traded. "Jamel wants to be a Brown. By the same token, he realizes signing frees the Browns to make whatever decisions they need to make on draft day." Josh Wright, White’s agent said.
