All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

NHL network and TSN will carry the first rounds live on tonight starting at 7p.m. EST. NHL network & online will carry the remaining rounds starting at 10 a.m. on the 21st. VS. will air TSN’s live feed of the draft (1st round only)
what we're hearing: The Sabres want to move up into the top 10 and get a player they really want! That might mean trading Afinogenov, Kotalik or MacArthur

TSN mock draft has us taking Tyler Myers with the 13th....This sounds frikkin' sweet if we take him.
More Chara or Hal Gill?: You can't teach size but the question is whether or not scouts feel 6'7'' defenceman Tyler Myers of the Kelowna Rockets has enough nasty in his bones to play up to his size. His stock could drop but the skill set is ahead of Chara at the same age.
