Buffalo, NY (WBEN) - The attorney for the victim in Bills running back Marshawn Lynch's hit-and-run case, is expected in court Monday to look through records in hopes of finding possible plaintiffs, including bars that may be liable in the case.
Attorney Timothy O'Connell tells WBEN's Barbara Burns that he will be in court trying to discover more information about the case, and may be looking at fresh evidence that could be released now that a prosecution deal has been reached.
"That could open up other avenues on potentially liable parties," O'Connell says, suggesting that circumstantial evidence about whether Lynch was drinking at the time of the accident would have a bearing on his possible suit.
