Shockey or Parker in Buffalo?

Are the Bills going to trade for one of these guys?

I think Shockey would be an immediate fan favorite and help us wins those early games.

Parker is most likely getting traded or cut from San Diego and could be a good solid fit at the #3 spot.

That would give us:

1) Evans
2) Hardy
3) Parker
4) Reed
5) Parrish
6) Johnson

or with Schockey as the starting TE.

How sick would that be??

Shockey would be outstanding at TE for us, no doubt about it, but i think it is gonna cost alot for us to bring him in here, probably a 1st rd pick, i still think it is worth it
Shockey would add the final dimension to this offense that would make this outstanding

id rather have reed than parker. i know i may get laughed at but i dont think parker is any better than josh, plus josh has been with our team and in our system since it was implemented, and is learning turk's variation now.

I think he had a toe injury that sidelined him most of last year. He might get cut which be a no brainer pick up for us.

I don't want Parker.

Shockey would be interesting. Probably worth the 1st rounder, provided he's healthy for the season and his skills have not diminished. He may not be the biggest "team" guy and may cause some locker room distraction, but all these years of having a bunch of nice guys on the team haven't exactly done much for us either. I wouldn't mind juicing up the offense with some badass attitude for a change.

He hasn't played a 16-game season yet, but I'll give him the three 15-game seasons in 04 to 06. I guess being 6-0 and 180lbs is not exactly going to help you going over the middle. He's also not likely to be much of a blocker where Reed excels. I'm also not sure he is any better than Reed catching the ball either.

Shockey will cost to much for what we'll get in return. Take Travis Beckum next year.

i'd give a 3rd for shockey, giants probably will want a 2nd... i'd compromise with a conditional, based on how much time shockey plays.

what has parker done except be cut from a team that doesnt have a bunch of great wrs already.

he is nothing special at all. i would rather see steve johnson start at the 3 spot. at least we dont know what he can do.
