(April 21, 2003 1:35 p.m. EDT) - In a move designed to make any middle-ager feel old, we'd like to introduce you to one of a bevy of talented defensive tackles who will be drafted by an NFL team this year.
Dan Klecko.
Sound familiar? Anyone who paid attention to the NFL in the '70s and '80s will know the last name. You know, Joe Klecko? Founding member of the New York Jets' Sack Exchange, a front four that, for a brief but wild time in the early 1980s, terrified quarterbacks.
Well, folks, get ready for the second generation. Joe's son Dan is about to follow in his footsteps ... again.
"I've learned to deal with it," Klecko said at the NFL scouting combine in February. "At first it did (bother me), but now, what are you going to do?
