Stupid question: Will Marshawn be arrested?

OK, I don't know how this works.

Will Marshawn get arrested when he pleads guilty?

I'm asking because I know ProFootballTalk is just salivating to add Marshawn to its "Turd"/arrest counter list, and I'm curious if Florio will get that satisfaction.

Speaking of which, yesterday ProFootballTalk promised to give kudos to every NFL player with a free football camp.

So I e-mailed him about Marshawn's free football camp. It has yet to be posted.

Not likely.

He'll go into court, plead guilty, and they'll hit him with his sentence. They will take him into custody if that sentence involves jail time, but that's unlikely since they reached an out-of-court settlement. His lawyer most likely would not have agreed to jail time in a case like this.

No. If it goes as it should he will agree to a plea worked out between his attoeney and the DA. He will then immediately receive his sentence which is part of the plea.
