Dolphins | Rogers Motion Denied - posted at KFFL (http://nfl.kffl.com)
4:24 PT: Updating previous reports, the Sun-Sentinel reports Miami Dolphins WR/KR Charlie Rogers asked to be entered into a pretrial intervention program for first-time offenders Monday, but Middlesex County assistant prosecutor Michael Weis denied the motion. Weis said if Rogers would have entered the program and completed it, the charges would have been dismissed. However, he denied the motion “because of the nature of the offenses.” Rogers has appealed the decision to the court, and has another hearing on the matter on May 23.
