7:58 PT: ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli reports the Cincinnati Bengals have made their decision on their first-round pick and they will be selecting QB Carson Palmer (USC). As reported, the two sides have already begun contract negotiations. They should have a contract in principle by the middle of the week barring any major setbacks in negotiations.


So much for the Bills or any other team trading for that number one......The Detriot Lions are on the clock....
