I get the feeling that some players are taking much less to stay in Pittsburgh because of the core they have built. It seems like they are doing things the right way for the most part.Comment

i think Fluery is every bit as good, maybe even better than Miller. Fluery played awesome in the playoffs and as did Miller when we were there.Comment

Fleury played out of his mind in the playoffs. Before the playoffs and anytime in the past I would have gladly said Fleury is overrated and not that good. He pretty much stepped up and shut me up once the playoffs hit.Comment

Fleury and Miller are both average middle of the pack NHL goaltenders...Fleury inflated his value because of his playoff performance. But still took a hometown discount because like Lechter said, as long as Pittsburgh keeps it's core...Crosby, Malkin, Orpik...the rest can be pretty much interchangeable and they'll still be competitive.
