Montana wasn't even the greatest Niner QB let alone ever...

And go figure, Favre leads in this one, I swear I hate these popularity contests. The people that vote in them can't remember 20 years ago let alone 60.

Give me Starr, Graham or Tittle.

asante samuel and his butter fingers cost brady in sure a lot of votes after he lead them on the should be winning drive.

Elway was so over-whelmingly inconsistent for the large part of his career. Calling him a Poor passer is being too sweat, the guy was a interception pez-dispencer. If the broncos were in the nfc, there first 3 sb appearances under elway would have ended in first round azz beatings, let alone superbowl beatings.

Nobody in there right mind(outside of buffalo) is gonna pick kelly, and they shoudn't

Those polls are just terrible.

If they voted for the greatest singer of all time, the most recent winner of American Idol would win.

Welcome to the 15 second attention span society.

I love Jim and all but I can't fool myself that he's the greatest of all time. Maybe he was the Bills greatest but not the NFL's.

Agreed I think Elway was the best on his own yet Montana and Brady played with better teams.

How does Kelly light up when you select "strong arm", "leadership", and "accuracy", but not "smart"?

He was Payton Manning before Payton Manning was Payton Manning. :idunno:

How does Troy Aikman or Payton Manning not have a strong arm?

How is John Elway "mobile", but Brett Farve isn't?

How does John Elway not get "leadership"?

I see a lot wrong here. And, looking at it like this, the only think missing from Kelly's resume is the Super Bowl.

I will add, that when it comes right down to it, "best" is very ambiguous. It really depends on what you want from a QB. As far as passing goes, hard to argue against Dan Marino or Payton Manning, IMO.

Yeah, some of those other guys won super bowls, but they had a stronger supporting cast then Marino. And, Manning has a better cast, but he does a lot more on the field then the average QB. He is like a coach out there.

If I could have one QB in their prime for the Bills right now, it is Payton Manning. I was considering Brady, but that asterisk has me skipping over him.

When it comes to the Bills it's not even close- Kelly is by far the best Bills QB in history.

But as much as I love the guy, there's no way he's the greatest ever. He never won a championship and there are other guys with rings and better stats.

I must have missed Favre's hay day, because he's sucked the last few years (except last). And they're saying his year last year was his best ever?? Unless they're taking into account his age, I'm not too impressed with a 28 TD, 15 INT year.
