Nope, thought is he may become a 3-4 DE on the next level but he'll be a DT at LSU. I thought the same thing. But according to their website he is listed at 6'3, 281lbs.
You could see him move outside with Jackson and then have Woods and Favorite play the DT spots though at times next year.

Maybe he's a Justin Tuck type player where he'll play all over the line. I thought he was a DE.
