Draft Party in Rochester.....Round 2

I just wanted to let you all know that Wys, and justafan are planning on meeting up to watch the draft around 5pm or so in Rochester. LOG and I will be there after the Bills 1st round pick is made. We will leave Buffalo and should arrive in time for the 2nd round to start.

We'll be watching the draft, eating wings/dinner, and of course drinking beer. Stop by! We will be at The Sports Page on Monroe Ave. For more information on how to get there, contact Wys.

LOL! It's great. Only one problem....I can't drink a lot of beer on Saturday, because I have to work at 11pm.

What time does that mean you guys are heading back to Rochester? I was actually thinking about making a trip there myself. I'd love to see Justa again and I have a few other people I was going to stop by and see.

The Sports Page is on Monroe Ave. between Goodman and Meigs on the south side of Monroe, right next to Country Sweets and across kitty-korner from the Pittsford Fish Market.

Directions:

From the Thruway (I-90):

Take 390 North to 590 East/North (there's only one way to go, right at the fork of 390/590)

From 590, take 490 West towards the city

Take the 2nd exit which will be Monroe Ave.

Make a RIGHT at the exit light

Go down ~ 1/2 mile and look for Goodman St.

It'll be on the left right after the car parts store.

It's about 12 minutes from the Thruway.

We'll be gathering ~ 5 p.m. or so, near when the Bills make their first pick.

We'll stay as long as anyone wants to.

BTW, it's an excellent venue for watching the draft. There are 7 TVs, and the room is the perfect size for it. The food at the Page is very good. Their selection of beers is decent.
