(April 23, 2003 10:28 a.m. EDT) - Maybe Andy Reid is the one to ask. He's the one who snatched Donovan McNabb in the first round of the 1999 draft, so far the best of the five quarterbacks drafted in the first round that day.

Reid, who coaches the Eagles, formerly was an assistant coach in Green Bay, which included a stint as Brett Favre's position coach. Reid knows QBs. So he was asked the secret to drafting quarterbacks.

He smiled and shrugged.

"You just have to see if what he has fits what you have," he said. "And then you roll the dice."
