ASHBURN, Va. (April 23, 2003 12:12 a.m. EDT) - Safety David Terrell re-signed with the Washington Redskins on Tuesday.
Terrell, a restricted free agent, has been the starting free safety for two years, but he might have to settle for backup duty next season.
