why would a fan pay a players salary? it's not like we'd get anything out of it. we wouldn't have part ownership and get some of the revenue. i'd make my donations to truly needy people.

I would however, get a corporate box or two so the bills could shut their mouths about not having enough corporate sponsorship.

Ten million dollars is peanuts when discussing the fates of major sports franchises. I think I would look for a couple solid missions organizations and help them out, and maybe a struggling college or two.
