The coach of the Buffalo Bills Dick Jauron has to get the job done this year or the fans will call for his firing. The Bills management has given Coach Jauron all the chances needed to have a sucessful football team. The Bills management went out and got free agents Spencer Johnson, Will James, Kawika Mitchell and they also, traded for Marcus Stroud to help out a battered Bills defense. There are no more excuses for Dick Jauron and his coaching staff.
