This is a quote - or actually, a misquote - from the July 31 Training Camp report on BB.com. It was Edwards talking about Evans.

If you're going to take someone to task, at least get your facts right.

I knew it was something edwards said. Just the way brown wrote it, it sounded pretty funny.
