Nice.

That will be a fun game to go to. I hope Sabres ticket holders get first crack.

Smart move... they're going to need to find every way they can to get better exposure in WNY. Rochester was easy, Portland, Maine... not so much.

What are you yawning at the fact that the Americans screwed the pooch royally on this whole thing?

If this were the Amerks you would be happy as hell.

This arrangement gives us a chance to see the young players like Enroth, Gerbe, Butler and Kennedy up close and in person.

Don't be pissy because Donner is a jackass.

It was the Amerks, but it didn't do that well and the crowds started shrinking, so they stopped it. :blahblah:

Rochester says the Sabres wouldn't sign any Veterans for Portland Let's see the Sabres have (10) with the signing of Tyler Bouck How many does the Amerks have signed? and the Amerks don't even have a head coach yet! while the Sabres have tapped 2 time AHL coach Kevin Dineen who led the Pirates to two Eastern Conference Finals in three seasons, coming within one win of the Calder Cup Finals each time and who is liked by the players to coach Portland. Also Eric Weinrich will be his assistant.

enjoy the Florida Panthers Rochester, your going to be last in the standings for a very long time!

rochester was claiming that when the rigas were still in ownership, once they made the duel affiliation agreement about 3-4 years ago, yeah id say it was a valid argument, but as far as the amerks having a coach, thats floridas doing.

but in the ahl the limit of veterans on a roster is 6 to dress not including goalies, so i dont know if all of them would neccissarily be pool players, some may even get dropped down to the Echl
