    Sal on WGR Right now thread

    Anyone who has the ability should support your boy. You can stream online right now. He's on from 11-2.

    Guys should call in and then talk about it in this thread. I might if I get the chance. Right now I'm working on some things.

    Let's go Billszone, support Sal! He's certainly better than most of these WGR schmucks!

    I'm trying to register for the locker room thing and the link to the page is dead. I've tried other pages with different links and they won't open either. This is yet another sucky experience with WGR.

        Sal, I don't think McKelvin was drafted because he is short, like you kind of made it sound. Teams don't draft short guys in the first round to match up with the oppositions short slot receiver.

        They drafted him because they thought he was the best CB. And I, like your caller, wished they got a guy to match up with Moss. Maybe a DRC. But, aggressiveness is huge, probably more huge then size (was that a pun?).

        But, so far, I like your show.

                      Philly? LOL! The Eagles won't even make the playoffs, what with the Giants, Redskins, and Cowboys in their division.

                          I like the Eagles to make the playoffs.. I think they'll finish second behind Dallas, ahead of the third place Giants.

                          But I dont like them to go to the Super Bowl. McNab may be healthy now, but who knows if he stays that way, and even if he does, I don't like their WR's for the millionth straight year, and that includes the rookie D. Jackson.

                          I haven't settled on it yet, but I'm liking a Dallas vs New Orleans championship game right now in the NFC. I think the Saints offense bounces back big time this year, with Shockey being a big part of it. And I think their defense improved enough with the additons of Sedrick Ellis and Vilma.

                            Keep in mind, Sal is an SU grad - so I'm sure he's pulling for McNabb...

                              He is and admitted so on the air.

                              Plus, when you're not on air as often, you tend to be a bit more bold in your predictions.

                              But that's hearsay anyway.. He did a solid job overall today, I think he kept a good flow going through most the three hours. HOwever, he had the wrong "Pat" sidekick on the air today.. I would've been much more interesting!
