NEW YORK - The clock struck 4 at the New York Stock Exchange, and Terrell Suggs, resplendent in his new, mustard-yellow $1,400 suit, was grinning from ear to ear as he rang the closing bell on Friday.

The session was a 133-point loser.

That could be a precursor to the fate of Suggs' stock today in the NFL draft. There are questions regarding his strength and 40-yard dash times. Even his hometown team, the Cardinals, who hold the sixth pick, could pass.

While pre-draft talk has centered on Suggs being the Cardinals' top choice, a team official gave indications for the first time Friday that they are open to trading down for more picks.
