SCHOUMAN COULD BE OUT WEEKS: Tight end Derek Schouman's knee injury from Thursday night's game is not season ending, but it could keep him out for "weeks" according to head coach Dick Jauron.

"Derek's going to be a little while, we're hoping not a long while," said Jauron. "At this point Bud (Carpenter) is talking in the weeks. So it's not good, but it could have been worse."

Jauron would only say that Schouman has a knee strain. We'll have mroe on this on the home page tonight.

C. Anderson may have just earned a roster spot because of injury. I doubt the Bills only keep 3 if Schouman is out the first few weeks of the season.

schouman got a lot of positive reviews. is this a big deal for the bills or do we really think that royal is going to get it done.

Yes positive reviews in TC. But we have yet to see anything spectacular in any pre-season game. Could just be another great TC player, who knows.

Shouman was gonna be kept on the roster as a hybrid, he did nothing with the pads on i think we should look for a Gaines type when the waivers start flieing
