Give it up to Turk Schonert tonight.

This is some of the best offensive play calling I've seen from this team in years. I mean execution helps, but this is the first time in several years that I can actually sit, read the formation and be suprised at the play.

I love what I'm seeing from the offense. Screens! Slants, mixing up the run and pass. Ball control offense. Very nice! :bf1:

I love the fact that Turk is moving Lee Evans around to create a mis-match! Turk called a good game tonight!

I officially have a man-crush on Turk. He's everything I expected him to be... so far. He is showing a lot of WCO flavor the past two games and would have made Walsh proud. This guy's chance as an OC is way overdue and I'm glad Jauron finally gave it to him.

I concure with all the positives on Schonert. It's true that it's only preseason, and the regular season often looks different, but it sure seems he has what it takes to be a successful offensive coordinator.

I have been impressed with the playcalling, especially utilizing Lee Evans all over the field, something we havent seen alot of. Passing on first down a large chunk of the time keeps the D off balance, and is something we really havent seen in the past few years.

Turk's offense and playcalling could be a reason for alot of success this year, granted its only preseason, but you cant blame me for being excited.
