He is only saying how he will beat out TH by opening day and that if he dosent make the pro bowl, he will be disapointed. J/K

I'm recording it - but I don't know how much I missed...
Guy sounds like a jerk though, I have to say...

I don't know - maybe he's just nervous or something... He's giving very curt answers to everything he's asked..
Not that I give a rat's ass really - if the kid can play and he's a good locker room guy, that's all that matters...
Did he really say that about beating out Henry?

I hope he's at least thinking about beating out Henry. I don't want anyone on the Bills who doesn't want to get a starting spot. I'm not wishing for a Flutie/Johnson thing, because there is a positive way to go about beating someone out for a job ... it doesn't have to be disruptive.

I'm quite baffled by this pick personally.
We've already got a star running back, perhaps TD is looking to have some trade bait in case we lose Winfield next year, and we need to get our hands on a good CB to replace him.
That's the only thing I'm assuming - we don't need a running back really.

Its win win. Best RB wins. Second best gets traded (end of 2004 or 2005 season)

Aside from Mathis, I can't think of anyone else that was available that would have satisfied a need and not been a huge reach.
Before the draft, I would not have like us taking McGahee at 23, but the way it worked out, I think it was a pretty good choice (I still would have liked Mathis).
