    Jon Corto

I kind of like this guy to stick with the team as a sleeper. He seems to have good quickness and reads the plays with a knack for getting into the backfield.

yeah. This guy can flat out fly to the ball. Problem is we have too many of those that over pursue which is why we are having a harrd time against qb draws.

Truedat! Overpursuit has always been a problem with this team.

Why is it that fans of this team always want to keep mediocre garbage training camp fodder type players around?

Are we all getting used to years of mediocrity?

Sorry we can't have pro-bowlers as 3rd string....

Give the guy a break, he's a rookie. besides everytime I see him play he is making plays in the backfield for negative yardage. I like his quickness and instincts. Why would you consider anyone on the team garbage and fodder?? Most of them are here because they are pretty damn good athletes and have a chance to make this team that much better with quality depth. You talk like this team is loaded with stars.

Him and Buggs (53) looked good yesterday. Could Corto be the Wire we were looking for?

I think Corto stays. I think he has outplayed Donnie Spragan and might have earned himself a backup spot...

I think Buggs is outplaying both of them, especially on ST.

Possibly. I haven't noticed him enough on ST to see if that's enough to make a difference. Sizewise, Buggs is a bit small at 5'10" though. Corto is 6'0". They are both on the lighter side, but the Bills probably prefer speed over bulk here as long as they can tackle.

The race may be pretty close, as Corto is almost always around the ball whenever he plays. The next game may be the decider. Let the best man win...the good thing about Corto winning is that we can put Buggs in the PS.

he's also had a good camp.

Agreed with that. But I don't see them keeping 7 LBs. Only 6......

There are those in WNY who have gotten used to mediocrity and have learned to accept it. It's amazing isn't it? Here if we don't win a championship the entire year is considered a complete failure and waste of time, in Buffalo eight wins is a great season, amazing.
