You will often hear NFL fans and draftniks say they hope their team waits until the second or third round to draft a quarterback because taking one in the first round is just too risky.

Im no fan of Scott Wright but he makes solid points here.

This rings even truer this preseason with Alex Smith and Leinart still not starting on their respective teams. It just isn't worth the risk, especially with all these spread offense QBs that are starting to flood the market.

Longer Henne doesn't start, the better it is for us, IMO.
