For a starting QB (defined as a QB who started the most games that season), it would be Kelly Holcomb in 2005, with a 67.4 percentage (155 for 230.)

For any QB's single season percentage, it would be Travis Brown in 2003 with 77.8% (14 for 18) or Alex Van Pelt in 2002 with 100% (2 for 2.)

The answer... Rob Johnson with 1 start in 1999 - 73.5%

Several QB's including Alex Van Pelt and Frank Reich have gone 100% in seasons... But they weren't the starters of any games.

Correct, it was the last game of that season & RoJo got the Tennessee start because of it.
