Thanks Pat. From what I've seen, he's an excellent interviewer, but he doesn't get interview very often, so it could be a good call.

Another idea would be to interview Royal on the TE situation. Ask him what it'll take for the group to succeed consistently this season and if we can count on improvement from the group from last year to this season.

Haven't seen any quotes from Chris Ellis at all, wonder how he feels about his role and progression..

This one may be a toughie, but see how Poz is growing in the game and talk to him about being an improvement over Fletcher which is why we brought him here.
