323 is the correct answer for regular season games with the Buffalo Bills.

I have no idea about the playoffs or his days in the USFL.

Or if Skoobs wants both of those.

348 times sacked in reg and post season with the Bills
1 time in probowls
75 in 1984 with the Houston Gamblers
? in 1985 although that year he was sacked a record 11 times in one game.

Total being 435 with about 11 games worth of sacks unknown

So here is my best and last guess
Bills reg season - 323
post - 25
pro-bowl - 1
Houston Gamblers 1984 - 75
1985 - 41 (39 reg season 2 post)
For a grand total of 465.

I was bored so I searched the houston chronicle archives I found a few articles that led me to that total, the only game I am usure about was week 13 when he got hurt, he was sacked at least once, when he was hurt, but cannot find any more info than that.

Correct, Congrats!!! Preseason / probowls are like toilet paper, they get flushed after the game is over.

You gave the answer without your hour buffer, that's more than a clue.

I think you figured someone was going to answer it before you had a shot, so you decided to stick your hand up early. Another scenario is you got a PM from a Admin or Mod that asked that you step away here and there and let others win the ZB money.

Either way, you are too smart for your own good and have inlines to most of my questions. That's why I add copious amounts of research on occasion, it keeps you off balance and gives others a shot for a longer time.

Skoob,

Where did you get all the '85 USFL stats? I searched the houston chronicle archives and found a few articles...just wondering if there was an easier way. I have a lot of time on my hands right now at "work" since they are laying my department off next month.

Get really drunk, then you'll find all the sites to answer any Bills related questions. The final questions you see take alot of time to put together. They seem like simple questions but there are multiple little details along the way that need to be thought out and change the whole formula to get the right answer.

The best advice I can give you is just assume there is something deeper hidden in the question to trip you up and look for that first, then add up the things you know to be true, mix in a big pot and try it.

That's what I did in that particular situation... I knew it was within the hour.

As for the inlines... I have some research sites that are very good (available to anyone free of charge). Others I have to work my ass of for (As you work your ass off to formulate the question).

I've appreciated you spreading the wealth. I have no need being greedy... I'll step aside and see if others are able to work these for themselves.

I see alot of sideliners that refuse to take advantage of free memberships and answer the questions themselves.
