Never play poker with our FO

The Bills won't attend the private workout of Miami star RB Willis McGahee the week of the draft, having already studied his medical status. McGahee blew out his knee in the national title game against Ohio State. "Someone is going to take a chance with him. I'd speculate that way. Probably a team with a double pick (in the first round)," said Bills assistant GM Tom Modrak. A team like Oakland. The Bills need a backup running back, but what's their level of interest in McGahee? Modrak wouldn't elaborate. "We know where he is in his development ... We're glad that the guy's making good progress and we think he's going to have a good career, but that's all I'll say about him," Modrak said.

They do this a lot--high on the players we don't want, quiet on the ones we do.
