It's always funny when Bills fans bash Jerry Jones but support Ralph Wilson :snicker:

The Cowboys are going to have their way with that Cleveland secondary.

FOX (NFC) gets the doubleheader in Week One while CBS (AFC) shows golf or tennis at 4:00 the first week.
At least the Cowboys - Browns should be a high scoring game, making it worth watching.

It's sad too because on paper Cleveland is one of the most talented teams in the league, but their secondary is probably the worst the league has to offer. I don't understand why they didn't go after Foxworth is the asking price is only a seventh round pick. :shakeno:

I never mentioned Ralph Wilson :idunno:

Regardless... I hate Jerry Jones because of his money. I hate that he can build a new billion-dollar stadium. I hate that his cheerleaders are hot. OK, so jealousy becomes me. But because of that seeing the Cowgirls lose is oh so special :D

Actually wouldnt we want Cleveland to lose since we're probably competing with them for a Wild Card spot?

And just what would you expect a true Bills fan to do? Certainly not cheer for a teams owner that whipped our a$$es in the SB. I may not agree with Ralph a hundred percent of the time, but he still is the owner of the Bills and the Bills are the team that I cheer for, so in essence, I am rooting for Ralph regardless.

As far as who to root for in the Dallas/Cleveland game, well as much as I want the 'boys to lose, the Browns (as of now) are a threat to the Bills getting a WildCard so, I have to suck it up and hope the 'boys win. For the record, I certainly wont be happy and cheering them on though.

actually, when you zoom in to that NFL TV Distribution map, because the Bills game is on Fox...Buffalo won't be getting the double header. That means that for the post-tailgate, I won't be able to go over and watch the 4:00pm game at Danny. WTF!

However....Rochester will be getting the 4:00 game after the Bills game.

You'll still have a 4:00 game, it just won't be on FOX.

But regardless, Buffalo will have a 4:00 game. Every city always has a doubleheader.

I thought the NFL has a stupid policy that cities that host a 1:00 game don't get a double header...

I've never heard of it, but then again, I don't live in an NFL city.

They eliminated that rule in 2000 if the home team sells out in time to lift the blackout
and the first week of the regular season is an exception to the rule that a game cannot be shown in the same window (in this case 1PM) on the opposite network of the one that is showing the home team's game... this rule is waived because CBS has no games in the 4 PM window due to the U.S. Open. Starting next week, any time a Bills home game is on the air (say on Fox) CBS cannot show a game at the same time, or vice versa if the Bills play a home game on CBS.

Buffalo gets three games this week... Seahawks at Bills... Jets at Dolphins and Cowboys at Browns

I see where he's coming from. At first it appeared as if Buffalo didn't get any game, but the more I clicked on the link the more Red was on the map for some reason.

As for the game....go Browns! I fricken hate Dallas...but I still think they'll win. Romo will carve up their defense.
