The Buffalo Zoo

How is it?

We're thinking about taking our little guy there on Saturday. We took him to the National Zoo in DC a few weeks back and he absolutely loved it. He enjoys looking at animals it seems.

I see there's also an aquarium in Niagara.

I went there a few years ago the night before the opening game. It was a lot of fun. Ally work there too. I think you should definitely take him.

The Buffalo Zoo is decent, but I seem to always have bad luck with many of the exhibits being closed. I'd have to think the Zoo in DC was quite a bit better.

DC was pretty sweet but there was a ton of construction going on for their upcoming "Elephant Trails" exhibit opening. The best zoo I've ever been to was the one in San Diego. That thing was massive.

They took the elephants out so they can construct a better environment for them. They actually sent them to Columbus, but then again a lot of people send their elephants to Columbus for school.

I believe the elephants are back at the zoo, though I don't know if their new digs are done.

It is a decent zoo that has gone through some changes in recent years.

SD's Wild Animal Park is fantastic. I'll be going to Buffalo's while I'm back. Any other kid attractions around?
