Let me say, Im a die hard Edwards fan, everyone knows that.
However, I think his tone in his presser was a bit too smart ass. The last thing he needs to do is get the press on his case. They can make his life hell, and unfortunately many naive fans will follow. It seemed that JP had snappy, wise ass responses at times and they started to feast on him. Maybe Edwards just had a bad day and wasnt in the mood, I dont know, but I really like the way Jauron handles himself and I think he has deflected alot of negative attention because of it. I hope Edwards follows the same path.
I would have much preferred to see him come out and pull a Jauron move where he is cordial, quiet, honest, and responds to there questions sincerely, and seriously.
I worry that rubbing them the wrong way will make them WANT to get an even bigger microscope to pick him apart with.
Its negative press that a second year QB doesnt need.
