If Crowell's Injury is really only a 2-4 week injury

Then this is the dumbest, clueless organzation in the National Football League and you're single-biggest indicator of why we've spent the better part of the past decade being a league-wide laughinstock.

If Crowell's injury is one that would take most the season to heal, like say Poz last year (he could've played the last 2 games) then that's fine.

But if they put him on IR when he would've only missed the first quarter of the season or less, then they are seriously stupid.

WHY would you only carry 6 LB's then?? Including one of them who's been a LB for all of three weeks (Corto)

Yet you'll keep NINE Defensive Linemen? Copeland won't even f'n dress on game days unless one of the four DE's ahead of him are hurt!!

So you put him on IR and leave yourself PAPER THIN at LB?

****ing asinine, if its really only a 2-4 week injury.

Sometimes with all the talent, I forget what a horribly run organization we are.

Jason Peters- pick your side of the fence and fine. They won't pay him. WE're cheap.. He's a selfish *******. blahblahblah.

Angelo Crowell at 75% is better than Corto or Ellision at 100%.. They don't even HAVE A CONTIGENCY plan other than to start Ellison, and they IR him??

I"m sorry.. Im frustrated. I love the team and most the players, but this organization licks monkey nuts.

    BTW.

Even if Crowell didnt have this surgery and wasnt out for the year.

Dont you think the fact that he had to miss 2 of the 4 preseason games with the sore knee and big chunks of camp should've alerted that Thespian Jauron that he was at best, an injury risk this year, which could've.. I don't know, prompted the team to keep SEVEN LB's instead of 6??

If it truly is only a 2-4 week injury, then it clears up the Peters situation also. How, you ask? Well, it shows that this organization is all about winning pissing matches (ie - Peters holdout & Crowell getting surgery so late) and not so much about winning football games or championships.

Peters is another issue. He's about money.

THis crowell issue wasn't about money.. It's about our incompetency to not have a better Plan B than Keith Ellison, and carrying only 6 LBs to begin with when everyone in the world knew Crowell was, again at best, a big injury risk.

When you miss half of camp and the preseason, it should be a sign that something may be wrong.

I agree that it has to do with our sorry as backups, but it also shows how silly this organization can be. They want to prove something to everybody but the people who matter most...THE FANS!!!!

At this point you've got to just throw your hands up and concede defeat. We are a team that, since the late-90's, has been content to put just enough talent on the field to sell seats.

Say what you want about Donahoe, at least the guy tried to put a great team on the field.

Bobby Engram, injured, they still kept him on the roster and he may not be back on the field til October.

              Same with Kevin Curtis.

This does boggle my mind on what the hell we are doing. It seems like Bobby April has wayyyyyy too much say in who stays on the roster if we are carrying so many "just ST" guys like Copeland Bryan, etc.

I agree with the organization and their stance on Peters but we really need to sign Lee. I'm going to get excruciatingly angry if we don't sign him soon.

Know what the funny part is about this season so far? Is that we're not dealing with injuries, persay. This is all Buffalo Bills FO self inflicted wounds.

                      Peters...he deserves more money.

Crowell...sure we'd be without him the first few games but he'd come back in a reasonable amount of time. THere are plenty of scrubs on this roster that don't deserve a spot more than Crowell does.

Evans...with all this crap going on, to know he won't be resigned before regular season is dissapointing at best.

These are all issues that could be resolved but aren't because of the FO.
