    What the F.. Crowell has NOT had Surgery !?!??

    Chris Brown:
    CROWELL SEEKING SECOND OPINION: According to Bills head coach Dick Jauron, LB Angelo Crowell still has not has surgery on his injured knee as he's seeking a second opinion.

    That still doesn't change his status of being on injured reserve. His 2008 season is effectively over.

      WHY.. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.. WOULD THIS ORGANIZATION PUT HIM ON IR BEFORE HE GOT A SECOND OPINION AND/OR HAD HIS SURGERY ALREADY AND IT WAS DETERMINED HE'D BE OUT FOR A LONG TIME???????????????

        I WILL find out who decided to put him on IR, whether it was Jauron or Brandon.

        Someone should have to pay for this. Of course we'll get the typical non-balls Jauron say it was a complete "organizational decision"

        that apparently was made in less than 2 hours..

          They must know something nobody else does. At this point I wonder if they can retract the IR status via some loophole.

                This team loves putting guys on IR. They don't wait 2 seconds. It's straight to the IR. God thats annoying.

                  Crowell’s decision to have surgery this close the start of the season likely did not sit well with the Bills coaching staff, and their decision to put him on injured reserve, in what is a contract year for the linebacker, likely does not sit well with him.
                  There is some SERIOUS lack of communication here. If this just doesn't paint the picture of how clueless this organization is, then I don't know what does.

                        I wouldnt have put him on IR until the surgery is done.

                          Maybe this was all done as part of a blockbuster trade the Bills are throwing together that includes Peters and Crowell....

                            I may have misunderstood this....but I think he had the scope done, and now has to decide if he is going to have more extensive surgury.

                            While I am at it....I would bet that their is a stipulation in the league rules which states that there is a short window to recind an IR assignment in the event that
                            the team relied on information which is later refuted.

                            The team may have to petition for Crowell's reinstatement if that is the case.
