This was incredible. We did this all without McCargo, Ellis, Peters, Crowell, McKelvin, Hardy, and Fine. Can you imagine how dominant we would be with Ellis and McCargo back.

Not a good sign. Given his injury history, the questions about his work ethic, and the way the rest of the DL played, McCargo could eventually be the odd man out.

Great pickups by the front office. I knew Stroud would help us a lot but I wasn't sure about Mitchell. Well, now I'm sure...

Having a guy like Stroud in the middle makes the entire front 7 better.

Stroud was un-blockable. Even with their OTs neutralizing Schobel and Kelsay for the most part, the DL still got pressure on Hasselbeck often due to that push by Stroud mainly and of course Johnson and Williams as well. I knew Stroud would have an impact but that was an insane performance. I actually saw him throw an OLmen on the play Kawika made in the backfield against Morris.

especially if you think about how much we're paying for them and the peanuts we gave to acquire their services.

I hope they don't sit out and ask for a raise next year if they continue to play like they did yesterday. :nervous:
