Tennessee coach Jeff Fisher has confirmed the Titans agreed to terms with free-agent QB Chris Simms on Tuesday. The move comes after the Titans worked out QBs Quinn Gray, Joey Harrington and Doug Johnson earlier Tuesday.

With starter Vince Young out at least this week with a sprained MCL (http://www.nfl.com/news/story?id=09000d5d80aabd66&template=with-video&confirm=true) in his left knee and Kansas City preparing to sign QB Ingle Martin off the Titans’ practice squad, veteran QB Kerry Collins would have been the only healthy quarterback on the active roster.

This obviously means he won't play for the Patriots. IMO, that's good news for the Bills.

If his last name wasn't Simms, he'd be greeting me at Wal Mart.

One less person for NE to grab when Cassell stinks it up. Cassell performed very average at home against the lowly Chiefs. Wait until he has to go on the road in a hostile environment.
