seen on Outside the Lines or seen before Modrak's videoconference? If you did, what were your thoughts, because I thought it was a great piece and something that showed me we're getting a great kid. I'll have the lasting image of Willis crying after we selected him.:pet:

yeah.. the image of him crying was good stuff.. but it was ruined shortly thereafter by his agent (who is a total POS) saying, "yeah. i was calling him while i was sitting right next to him.. blah blah blah"

Ya know, all agents are like that because they have to put their clients first. We might not like agents, but Rosenhaus did his job.

At least we know that Willis wants to get in camp though and signed. Hopefully Willis will push Drew.

If TD,GW and Co. want him in camp, may just rehab that knee somemore on the PUP list. Then come in late in the season, or even next year. Wait and see game IMO.

Thank you Philster for explaining my lack of full detail. Not Bledsoe but Rosenhaus to live up to his word that Willis will sign.

how long do we have rights to him if he holds out?

he wont hold out... he has too much to lose if he doesnt show the NFL something before he plays the market

We'd hold his rights til next year's draft, I do believe.

You guys can say what you want about Rosenhaus ... but if I was a player, I think I could do a lot worse than to pick him as my agent. He gets good deals for his clients, and its rare that they have been cap casualties in recent memory. An agent is there to do what is best for his client, and he really seems to do that. Don't hate the player, hate the game.

Yeah, being a good agent is one thing, but being an unscrupulous slimeball is another. I think he falls under both catagories and I personally wish he was run over by a large truck.
