half a sack and he deflected the pass led to the Terrence McGee pick which won us the game.

He created quite a bit of chaos though.

clogging the middle so the other guys could get pressure.

Taking care of blockers to create space for others. Stats never tell the whole story.

If he doesn't deflect that pass before haltime, that pass would have went over McGee's head and the Jags would have scored. He saved us from letting the Jags put 7 on the board. Go Stroud!!!!

I thought Stroud was tremendous today. Stats for a DT never tell the story.

He was there. And Jax knows it.

You could have a DT go to the pro-bowl with no tackles the whole season. Just as long as he is getting consistently double and triple teamed

He was a FORCE today just like last week. Causing the RBs to scamper to the outside and leaving the LBs open to tackle. He is a BEAST!!

He was also getting held a lot. As were the rest of the DL.

You probably didn't see him because you were watching the Colts/Vikings game.

He was doubled team for the whole game which allowed Kyle Williams to makes some plays. I wasn't so concerned where Marcus Stowd was today but more concerned where Kawika Mitchell was. Way to many missed tackeles.

He was double teamed most of the day today. And actually he had a nice stop on Taylor early in the agme as well, but they gave the "stat" to someone else. He had a decent game today.

Stroud played very well. He had 3 deflected passes, one of which, led to the INT by McGee..............Stroud's goin' to the Pro Bowl...........bank on it

A DT's effectiveness is not always measured by stats.

He was busy getting held all day...
every replay in which I paid attention to Stroud, he would charge through the line and then get held before he got to the QB or RB.
It's a team game and it took all of them, but the D looked pretty good overall against a very good running team (albeit their o line is depleted).
A win is a win.

Good grief. There were games where Ted Washington didn't record a tackle but his clogging of the middle affected the entire O playcalling of our opponent. That's what good DT's do.
Take those fantasy stat/madden games and stick it.
