We draft white linemen so that they'll be extra motivated when they see a black quarterback - since there is starting to be more and more black QBs in the league - see when we face a white QB, Jones or McKenzie will get after him, and when we face a Black QB like Lucas or Leftwich, Schobel will get after him.
