While Hardy didn’t start, that one naughty tackle did, and it almost cost the team: The Bills almost saw this game turn thanks to their decision to get their money’s worth out of Jason Peters. He was beaten entirely cleanly on the sack he surrendered that led to an Edwards fumble, exposing his quarterback while not quite proving why he deserves a raise. His holdout is still hurting the team even after his return, as Peters showed everyone that even athletic freaks need to practice and get in shape. He could start by showing up every day, if it’s not too much of a bother.
