All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

WIVB parent, T-W Cable at odds
Take notice Buffalo Bills fans: The owner of WIVB-TV in Buffalo and Time Warner Cable have yet to renew a transmission agreement, which may put football broadcasts in jeopardy.
LIN TV Corp. (NYSE: TVL) put the word out Monday morning that its contract with Time Warner Cable Inc. is set to expire on Oct. 2. Providence, R.I.,-based LIN also owns CW23 WNLO in the Buffalo market.
The company said in a statement that it “has attempted to reach a new long-term agreement or an extension agreement with Time Warner for both its stations’ analog and high-definition signals, however, Time Warner has not responded to its proposals.”
Without a new deal, LIN “expects Time Warner to discontinue carriage of WIVB-TV and CW23 WNLO when the contract expires on October 2, 2008."
The loss of WIVB, the CBS affiliate, would deprive viewers of the majority of Buffalo Bills games, which are a top draw on WIVB. The Sept. 14 game at Jacksonville had a rating of 35.7, which was higher than all but two games in the 2007 season, according to WIVB and Nielsen Media Research.
Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC), also a leading corporate sponsor of the Bills, said in a reply, "We are trying to manage costs for our customers; Lin TV is looking to make more money. We are negotiating in good faith to reach a fair and reasonable deal with broadcasters, as we always have, but we cannot allow our customers to bear the costs of the broadcasters' challenged business model."
In addition to Buffalo, LIN operates CBS-affiliated stations in 10 other markets.
